安装施工方法

I.Before installing the door,assure the levelness,gravity vertical and planeness completely meet thge requirements of the door,so that correctly install the door.

II.Materials for making door frame:
  1.Happy Door paint-free panel.
  2.Door frame line.
  3.Door stopper line and seal rubber bar.
  4.Plywood, sand paper,nail and wooden teeth screws.
  5.Universal adhesive.

III.Procedures for fixing and making door frame
  1.Make the door frame according to the dimension of interior door and the thickness of wall.
  2.Make the bottom plate of the plywood with universal adhesive,and install it in the door opening both sides shall be vertical,take the weght of the door into consideration assure the top is horizontal.
  3.Install the door stopper one and sealing rubber bar of the combined door.
  4.Intall the fixed combined door frame line.

IV. Install the hinge of the door in the door frame,and then install the door lock.

V. Check if the door can open and close smoothly, if it is tightly installed.

门的尺寸与表示方法
1、Standard size of door frame:800mm×2000mm×38mm(width×height×thickness)

2、Standard size of door frame:900mm×2100mm×180mm(width×height×thickness)
The dimension of door frame is determined by the door size and wall theickness.

3、Methood for shoing type of doors ,for example:HD10C3-9,HD means Happy Door, 10means pattem of the door, C3 means the door is installed with glass, 9 means wooden texture color.
